A proud Michigan State alum, Nicole Rose is the owner of Moxy Event Solutions, LLC, an independent technical production firm based in Las Vegas, NV. As an award-winning production consultant, Nicole has sold, managed, and produced small to multi-million-dollar events for Moxy, and others. She has also successfully managed both union and non-union crews, from as few as five to over fifty team members. Although her original specialty is video production – including source graphics, live broadcast, and ultra-widescreen image magnification – she is equally comfortable working with audio, lighting, and staging professionals, ensuring a consistently excellent experience for her clients and their audiences.

CXO Marketing, Inc. is an experience design firm based in Lake Orion, Michigan. Its President and Chief eXperience Officer, Dan Sundt, is a Pine & Gilmore Certified Experience Economy Expert who brings a learner’s mind and an “anything is possible” approach to his work.  Through an extraordinary understanding of clients’ situations and needs, he helps to ensure relevant solutions that deliver against business objectives.

He also has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 clients, including AT&T, State Farm, Nintendo, Game Stop, 7 Eleven, Pantech, HP, MoneyGram, Frito Lay, and Nike.

Julie Palmisano is a live event producer, director of production, graphic artist, animator, and editor. She has over 20 years of experience as a producer with the organizational skills of a project manager, the pixel-perfect obsession of a designer, the relationship management skills of an account supervisor, and the ability to converse fluently with the technical team.

Some of her skills include:

Lance has been working with audiovisual systems for 30 years. He received his BA Degree in theatre technical design from the University of Akron. While at Akron he met up and toured with Tom Skelton and the Ohio Ballet, where he got his life lessons in lighting for theatre and performing arts.  At a chance meet-up, he ran into a cruise director from Carnival Cruise Lines.  He proceeded to drop everything and a week later he was working on the T.S.S. Carnival.  He then spent two years moving from ship to ship, helping retrofit shows on a couple of their ships.  He left the ships two years later and moved to Chicago, where he got involved in corporate AV and hasn’t looked back.

Brian is an executive-level presentation specialist, primarily servicing Production and Communications companies within the United States, Europe, and Canada.  His arsenal of expertise includes creative concept & design, expedient creation, and flawless execution in both Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote.  Providing a healthy “client comfort factor” he also brings to bear exceptional organizational expertise assuring accurate data and file management under the most demanding of schedules and deadlines.

He is directly responsible for the production and delivery of all required “speaker support” elements, including creation and formatting of background and foreground elements; development of meeting theme logos; creation, rehearsal, editing & playback of presentation files; formatting and editing of all required video or audio elements.

The scale of projects he has teamed up on range from the boardroom to the ballroom, and sometimes even the odd amphitheater. Events produced include; international dealer announcement shows, top management meetings, special events for audiences over 5000, satellite broadcasts, static and interactive displays, multi-city tours, and training and distance learning. Additionally, over the last 23 years, he has produced a great number of long and short lead automotive press presentations.

Additional corporate end-clients include; IBM, Audi, Volkswagen, Mead-Johnson, Toyota, Harley Davidson, Visteon, and Delphi.

With over 31 years of hands-on experience, he has held lead graphics positions at A/V Connection, Universal Images, and MediaScape Corp.  Since 2002 he has worked as a freelance designer, under the business moniker of ScrewHead Graphics.
